Commercial projects typically require drawings. We will review your drawings and will work with our sub-contractors to determine a quote for your project. If we require any clarifications on your drawings we will work directly with the architect or engineer.
Once we have a full understanding of the scope of your project, we will schedule a central meeting with our sub-contractors to provide the most accurate quote possible.
The quote we provide is a firm quote based on the drawings and the site visits. We will give a detailed outline of the project and outline the responsibilities and commitments of both you and ourselves. We will review this quote with you and address any questions or changes.
To move forward with the quote we will schedule a meeting to sign all of the required paperwork and establish benchmarks for payment. We then choose a start date and begin the work.
